Ex-Manchester United defender Mikael Silvestre dialled into the UTD Podcast from his home in Dubai for this week's episode.

The former France International looked back on a glittering career at Old Trafford, and picked out some of his highlights from working with both Sir Alex Ferguson, and later Arsene Wenger at Arsenal.
