We are moving on for Hitchcock month and jumping a bit ahead chronologically, with 1948's, Rope. Loosely based on the crime of Leopold and Loeb, Rope tells the direct aftermath of the murder of a young man by his supposed friends and the psychological lengths the killers will take to feel superior. Co-starring Jimmy Stewart, this is one of Hitch's most overlooked but possibly best films.
