E69: Lil’s Birth Story: Debrief

In today’s episode Lilly and Beth debrief and unpack the thoughts and feelings after Lil’s emergency caesarean. We also chat about some tangible and helpful modifications Lil and her midwife implemented in the coming days and weeks to support both her physical and emotional recovery. 

We encourage you to reach out for help from your GP, midwife or child health nurse if you feel you would benefit from additional support in processing your experience in regard to birth or the postpartum transition.
