Vocational Discipleship, Career Coaching, and Discernment - With Tami Peterson

Many people, young and old, normally come to a point where they wonder what career they might choose, but how does one determine a career path or discern what avenues to take?  Where should someone start; personality, career test, or introspection?  Also, is there a difference between vocation and career?  We discussed these questions and more with Tami Peterson, who is the founder and CEO of Life Architects.  Tami has spent years helping individuals discern their vocation and career and she shared some of her wisdom with us today.  We hope you enjoy the conversation.
