I Put My Herpes Diagnosis on Tinder! 🔥

Fam today’s episode is a reflection piece on the time that I put my herpes diagnoses on my dating profiles and I'm sharing with you how this small - but also MASSIVE - action was actually the FINAL PIECE of the puzzle for me, in supporting me to break through and break free from herpes internalized shame. 

As I share my story with you, I speak about the focus and biases that our wounded ego’s have when we look at certain situations and I uncover the ways in which we can rob both ourselves AND others from opportunities and experiences when we are fixating and focusing on our perceived limitations.
