#12 Breaking Through Past Traumas with Angela

In todays episode I speak to Angela!  She is a Breakthrough Coach to empower women to strive for their best lives no matter what they have been through, breaks through the traumas of their past.  I love hearing Angela talk about how she is healing her own past and in the process helping other women who have been through abuse, sexual or otherwise.  We talk about memory triggers and how those triggers can cripple your healing if you dont give yourself the space to commit to whats coming in your memories to heal.  You stop trusting yourself and stop seeing the red flags and then the triggers come in, she will teach you how to handle the triggers and heal.  This is a de-layering process and will take time.  Be patient and kind with yourself.  

Angela shares with us her three things she says a survivor needs to heal. 1,  Healing is a hourney, not a destination, a life long process. Patience.  2.  Just because your healing doesnt mean you are not going to have bad days, that is BS that you won't.  3.  You are allowed to claim yourself as healed "right now"

Ladies, be aware of what is going on and talk about your fear and vulnerability with others.  Connection with others grows and empowers us,  We are taught that our trauma is our shame and shame puts us in a situation to not talk about it and keep it a secret and shame tells us this lie, we are not alone.  Dont quit before the breakthrough begins!
