A vivacious leader, magnetic mentor and overall eccentric woman, Kym, from a very young age, was able to realize her passion for people and has made it her mission to leave you better than she met you.

Her innovative approach to building genuine relationships with business partners and clients has heightened the brand/business marketing, fitness coaching and public speaking services she provides. Kym takes a mindful approach with you that will connect your mind and body to your goal for a more successful outcome.

Fuelled by her core values: integrity, respect, love and gratitude, Kym has made a name for herself in the Toronto non-profit and social sector by acting on her philanthropic duty to start her non-profit organization, Selflove Youth Wellness and Empowerment. Her organization now serves high schools in marginalized communities across the Greater Toronto Area equipping youth with wholesome tools to discover their sense of self, with the end goal of elevating both their mental and physical health.

Kym has been recognized with several leadership awards and was applauded as the most innovative leader of the year in 2014. She has an amazing ability to distinguish what lies within and encourages you to let your light shine through.
