In 2014, Jeff met Steve Hardison who saw right through him and said. "You’re so damn polished and I don’t care about any of that, I want to see the real you.” Without knowing who he was, Jeff took on what he describes as “the radical act of looking inwards”. Jeff Munn is a recovering overachiever who has been a full time executive coach since he was laid off from his last corporate job in 2016. His corporate career included over 25 years of work as a lawyer, consultant and executive in employee benefits, health care and financial services.
