ChangeMakers: Marcus Aurelius Anderson - the gift of adversity

Unsure of his future, Anderson fell into a deep depression. During this time, he had no choice but to ask himself some difficult questions and do a tremendous amount of soul searching. Finally after many months of darkness, Marcus had an epiphany.

 

This caused a huge personal paradigm shift allowing him to see his injury as a wakeup call. This gift of adversity served as the catalyst Marcus needed to change his mindset and therefore, his life.
