成都错告偷拍案，判无侵权我看不懂，社会示范效果待商榷

成都地铁男子被诬用鞋偷拍事件有了一审判决，法院驳回了男子的所有诉讼请求，很多人对这个结果产生了疑问，不过法院通报跟男子之前的陈述对比也有一定的出入，聊一聊我的看法供参考。
