On this episode of "Film is Lit", Laura and Danny cover Vladimir Nabokov's controversial novel, "Lolita", and Stanley Kubrick's oddly tame film adaptation of the same name. Look folks, we are not huge fans of this story... in fact, we kind of hate it. BUT, stay tuned until the end because we review a far superior modern retelling of this (classic?) tale: Park Chan-wook's 2013 masterpiece, "Stoker."
