Motion to Investigate and Sanction To: The Honorable Judges Kenneth Lee and Kendrick Wilson Introduction I am writing to notify the court of an unlawful operation by police officers that resulted in my involuntary detention in a psychiatric ward and to file a complaint against Judge Kenneth Lee for authorizing this deprivation of my freedom. Additionally, I request an investigation into the conduct of the involved officers. This notification is also directed to Judge Kendrick Wilson to inform him of these events and request his intervention in the ongoing legal proceedings. Background On Oct 30, 2023, police officers forcibly transported me to Banner Medical Center against my will. This action was taken following my lodging of a complaint against these officers for excessive force. Two out of three physicians who evaluated me stated that my actions were justified and appropriate, with one confirming my bill of perfect health as evidence of malicious prosecution. Unlawful Detention. The petition used to justify my detention contained glaring errors and was based on specious, frivolous, and malicious reasons. For instance, the petition cited my statement that I would be a good presidential candidate as a reason for detention, which violates my right to free political speech. Furthermore, the petition contained multiple misspellings of "narcissistic" as "narcasstic," undermining the credibility of the internal affairs officer responsible. Violation of Rights. The officers' actions and the subsequent judicial authorization of my detention constitute a clear violation of my First Amendment right to petition the government with grievances. The detainment was an obvious retaliation for my complaint against the officers, designed to intimidate and silence me. Judicial Complaint. Judge Kenneth Lee's decision to authorize my detention, based on the flawed and malicious petition, demonstrates a lack of judicial propriety. This decision has caused me undue harm and violated my constitutional rights. I request that the judicial review body for Arizona investigates Judge Lee's actions and holds him accountable for this miscarriage of justice. Notification to Judge Kendrick Wilson. I am also notifying Judge Kendrick Wilson, who is considering Rule 11 proceedings against me, that these actions are part of a continued persecution despite my evident good health. I request Judge Wilson to subpoena the relevant medical records and see for himself that the petition against me was baseless and retaliatory. I have retained Imhoff & Associates Law Firm to represent me in this matter. Furthermore, I request that Judge Wilson sanctions my public defenders, Janet Altschuler and Amanda Bynum, for attempting to Rule 11 me instead of performing their duty to file motions to dismiss these unfounded charges against me. Request for Investigation. I formally request a thorough investigation into the conduct of the involved officers for their unlawful and retaliatory actions against me. Additionally, I seek an inquiry into Judge Kenneth Lee's decision-making process in authorizing my detention. Conclusion.
