Kentucky is known for Horse Racing and Bourbon. Let it be known that those in the know, also know that Kentucky holds some amazing music for the world to listen to. One of those Notable acts "Shi" spent some time with me to talk about the band, the musical landscape among other things. 2 large parts of the conversation revolved around "Holler Of Doom" and the upcoming Mag Fest! The lineups for both are absolutely bonkers.

Holler Of Doom hosting some of my favorite acts such as Shi, Crop, Swamp Hawk, Blind Scryer and Period Sex to name a few.

Mag Bar Music Fest is hosting some of those along with the mighty Howling Giant, Faerie Ring, The Hell You Say, Nowhere Fast, Redivider, Bad Wires, Isolation Tank Ensemble and so many more. Mag Bar Music fest runs for 4 days beginning on Thursday 7/18 until Sunday 7/21.
