Pete Carroll says issues on defense are in a ’different place right now’ compared to last season

Through three games, this Seahawks defense is reminding a lot of us of the struggles that last year's team faced. The difference is that Carlos Dunlap isn't coming in midseason to help turn around the pass rush. Are the issues based on communication like many of the players said was an issue last year, or are this year's problems more about scheme? Pete Carroll met with the Seattle area media on Monday and they tried to get an idea about what the issues he's seeing and if it compares at all with what we saw from last year's defensive unit.
