As we all know, drinking alcohol is highly addictive and often goes from being something fun to serving as a crutch. Whether we identify as being alcoholic or we just struggle to moderate, changing our drinking habits can have the most amazing effect on our performance as business owners.

After developing what she describes as a dysfunctional relationship with alcohol, Sarah made the decision to remove alcohol from her life in early 2019 and has never looked back. She now works with women across the globe, guiding them from feeling lost, stuck and out of control to living healthier and happier lives.

Sarah shares her own experience of turning to alcohol during a lack of connection and fulfilment in her business. She describes how she gave up her problematic relationship with alcohol and the success she has seen from doing so. She also explains her approach to guiding her clients in their journey to sobriety.
