At a young age, Lynn Louise was sexually assaulted by a close friend from school. She tried to talk about it with others, but she wasn't taken seriously. After the assault, she struggled to cope with the events of her past for years, until something finally clicked and she took control of her own destiny.

Lynn is now a certified Master Hypnotist as well as the Founder of The Cosmic Valkyrie and The Cosmic Valkyrie Podcast. She helps women heal and let go of past trauma so that they can reach their goals.
