The Scepter cuts to the quick

8/25/19 Sunday Service Pastor Frank Amedia But to the Son he says: "Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; a SCEPTER OF RIGHTEOUSNESS is the SCEPTER OF YOUR KINGDOM." (Heb. 1:8). The SCEPTER of RIGHTEOUSNESS is the staff of "mountain-moving faith" for all who believe in Christ. This Scepter is a fearful thing to the enemies of the Kingdom of God, but to all who are MADE RIGHTEOUS, raising the SCEPTER of RIGHTEOUSNESS emboldens and intensifies FAITH. Faith by itself does not necessarily overcome. In fact one can wear themself out "working at faith" and still not realize the desired end. But FAITH BY RIGHTEOUSNESS is formidable, absolute, and unstoppable !
