A Prayer for Raising Peacemakers

We are not immune to the chaos that swirls around us. It’s too tempting to want to stick our heads in the sand, to try to ignore the violence and conflict in the world, or to not do or say anything in order to “keep the peace.” Yet keeping the peace is not the same as being peacemakers: pursuing justice, healing, and wholeness.
