This episode of Arrow gave fans a sneak peak of the spin off "Arrow and The Canaries." Laurel helps Dinah and Zoey come to terms with their purpose and destiny to be heroes. Along the way Mia wrongly accuses her now fiancé of kidnapping her friend, but at the end of the day he finds out his dark past and that her accusations had merit. Dinah also resolves to make her step back into the world of heroism as a Canary that inspires other woman to become super heroes too.
