Before the start of the new 2020/21 season, we begin a new season of 'An Interview With'. In this episode. I spoke to Ali Speechly and asked her to share her journey into football and coaching in the world of female football.

We find out about Ali's love affair with the game from a very young age. We discover what it was like for her trying to engage with a sport with limited avenues and when she finally was able to declare herself a football player.

Ali shares her philosophy on football and the power football has to change those around them in a positive way. And her drive to remove limits in terms of age and access so that no one is ever told they have missed their opportunity
