This eposode focus on Identity: Who are you? On a Personal Pespective Many of us define ourselves by what we do or by the positions. When you remove what you do & your position, who are you? What's your source of identity? Do you get your identity from others or from your maker? Your sense of identity liberates you to do life your way. As a leader your sense of identity determines your scale of influence. As parents we need to have clear sense of identity and help our children to also have clear sense of identity. That will help them Unleash Their Potential. I challenge you to honestly & truthfully answer this identity question: who are you? Once you are clear about it, help others be in your space to also answer it for themselves. It is the best gift you can give them.
