Come meet our Guest Susan Parish and listen to her journey of memory loss and identity shift.  Susan Lives in Canada was diagnosed with Posterior Cortical Atrophy a type of dementia that affects less then 5% of those with Alzheimer's Disease. 
Susan will share with us her very intimate story with PCA.  What it is. How they discovered she had it,. How they dealt with the diagnosis.  Where she sits with it today and what her plans are for tomorrow.
