Ancestors. We all have them. Those people who came before us. Who lived before us. When you think about it, we are the result of their experiences, good and bad. But it’s not as if they left us holding the karmic or genetic bag, leaving us to deal with whatever they brought upon themselves and us. We have the power, knowledge, ability to heal ourselves. And them.

In today’s meditation, we will meet the ancestors, all the souls who are part of us..In your sacred space, your ancestors come to understand what your goal is: Healing and growth. They come away with the understanding that their healing helps you on your path.
