In September 1976 New Orleans police received a phone call from a photomart. A man had dropped off a roll of film to be developed and one of the employees had discovered 18 sexually explicit images involving a man and a teenage boy. The resulting investigation would reveal a nationwide ring with ties to Michigan, Texas, California, Boston, and numerous other states. The scandal would decimate the Scouts in the state of Louisiana for decades to come.
