All My Relations - Embodied Astrology for Cancer Season - June 21-July 22, 2019

In this episode, I explore the embodied astrology of Cancer Season and invite you to attune and align with its healing and supportive energetic qualities.  Cancer season extends between June 21 and July 22 and over the course of the upcoming 30 days we have some of the most exciting and powerful astrology in 2019!

In this episode, I begin and end with somatic meditation - a guided state of imaginative awareness and visualization that incorporates your physical form and location and inner body awareness. Between the meditations I talk about the qualities and associations of Cancer and its opposite sign Capricorn. Cancer and Capricorn are two ends of an energetic polarity and especially this month with the solar and lunar eclipses coming up, we’ll be working strongly with both signs.
