At the height of the Celtic Tiger, property investor Breifne O’Brien was the definition of upper middle class. It seemed he had it all, until everything came crashing down around as his 15-year-long ponzi scheme was exposed, and his victims - who included his closest friends - learned the horrible, costly truth. O’Brien ultimately swapped the high life for a prison cell, but now he’s back in gainful employment.
