She is also a North American Menopause Society (NAMS) Certified Menopause Practitioner. And a life-long athlete, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach and member of CrossFit Health. She's been in the fitness industry as either an athlete or an instructor for over 30 years, she has experience in the lifestyle and nutritional needs and challenges of both athletes, particularly women passing through menopause and anyone just trying to improve their general health and fitness. She was also recently named to the MedFit Medical Advisory Board.
