Ron moved to Dallas to help pastor a declining church located in a transitional neighborhood. Despite his years of experience and many attempts to lead the people, the church continued to experience a mass exodus. This left Ron questioning everything he knew and did. Faced with having to close the doors of the church, he knew something had to change, and change is exactly what they did.
