342. Histamine and women - general and cycle-related symptoms with Naomi Judge.

Histamine reactions got you down? On today’s show, we discuss histamine intolerance with Naturopath, Naomi Judge, who specialises in women’s health and hormones. We look at histamine as it pertains to our food, stress, environmental toxins and the hormone connection so that we can unpack where you might be having issues, and how to “empty the histamine bucket” as they say and reduce the symptoms to the point of being able to tolerate the odd histamine rich food or stressful period in life without needing to reach for the anti-histamines every time.
