In the premiere episode of Puppets GO BOOM!, Arun and Patricia are looking back on Gerry Anderson's Supermarionation shows from the 1960s. The first one was the 1960 Western Four Feather Falls. Taken place in a town called Four Feather Falls, Tex Tucker is a sheriff who has four feathers given to him by a Native American chief after saving his grandson. Two feathers are for talking to his horse and dog and the other two are for his guns that are able to shoot on their own. In every episode, Tex protects Four Feather Falls from evil cowboys and renegade Native Americans. When the show premiered, it was well received. However, as more Supermarionation shows came out, Four Feather Falls became forgotten. Did it deserve to be forgotten and seen as prototype of better shows or is it a underrated gem?
