Here is the unabridged 2015 interview with Ray Forgianni, longtime Kenosha City Planner and Director of City Development, talking about Harbor Market, which he helped to create and sustain. Also part of the conversation is local artist Melanie Hovey, who worked closely with Ray in the formation of the market. We replayed a portion of this interview on today's Morning Show as a memorial tribute to Fogianni, who died earlier this fall due to complications from COVID-19.
