The Sectioned Chef with Heston Blumenthal

Mine and Paul ventured to the south of France for this week’s episode with the one and only Heston Blumenthal OBE. 

The experimental chef kindly invited the team to his home ‘En Provence’ to speak about his ADHD and much, much more. Heston vividly retells how he was sectioned in 2023, with a Doctor and the emergency services pinning him down and sedating him in his own home. 

This episode discusses issues such as physical abuse, drug use and other topics that listeners might find upsetting.
