Markets evolve and get disrupted by changes and change drivers in consumer behaviour. One massive shift in recent times, especially in 2020, has been the growth of hyperlocal solution drivers. They've helped locals and local businesses build a pipeline connecting each other, and in doing so, help drive an alternative to the larger e-commerce industry. One of the platforms on the forefront of this has been Dunzo, not just by enabling hyperlocal delivery, but also by giving us a verb that truly defines it's very essence.
