Mark's talk was titled Breath, Brain & Heart Coherence: For Health-Span, Performance and the Ability to Serve from Your Higher Potential.

Mark Szymczak is currently a leader in the consciousness community, thehealth/performance community and the entreprenurial community.

Upon retiring from a successful career in corporate engineering sales (1989-2017) he went on to become a biofeedback practitioner, breathing coach and spiritual advisor by creating The Better Being Project and Better Breathing Project in the San Francisco Bay Area. These helped participants improve their physiology, their habits and the lens through which they view the world.

In 2020, Mark moved to Sedona, Arizona and immediately founded Sedona Quantum Consciousness to help residents and visitors bridge science and spirituality while encouraging them to access the Quantum Field and associated flow states of being. He inspires and assists those ready to move into their higher potential and serve the greater unfolding from this capacity.
