This episode is a little different than most, we’re not exploring a single topic.  Instead we discuss Elena’s expansive work as it relates to our inquiry. We discuss her upcoming book, Softening Time, how nonviolent communication has helped her learn self compassion, her recent devotion to Zen Buddhism, her decision to become sober ten years ago,  lessons from parenting, her course on living intentionally, and the importance of community.
