EP149: Samuels Story: Living with a Disability, negative self-talk & Seeing the positives featuring Samuel Adams

In this week's podcast episode, I am joined by one of my clients and friends, Samuel Adams.

 

Samuel was born at 23 weeks, lives with cerebral palsy, was bullied all through school because of his disability, and spent 4 years looking for a job after university due to disability prejudice but even through all that hardship and adversity, he is one of the most determined, focused, positive and loving people I have ever met.

 

Samuel is a coach very much focused on helping individuals to see the possibility that they have within them, that they maybe haven't been shown before or haven't been allowed to see within themselves. He shines light on what moves those blocks of damaging thinking and shows what's out there, which is anything that's possible for people. 

 

So many of us are being held back by our assumptions about life, the thoughts that we think holding us outside of us. Samuel has a real talent for guiding and helping people move past that into a new paradigm of a land of possibilities.
