The Spirit Acts: Serving the Sovereign Lord - English Sermons - 10:15

Today's message is based on Acts 4:1-31, as we consider what it means to lives as servants of the sovereign Lord when the kingdoms around us reject, hate, and stand against God’s desire to bring salvation to the nations through his Son, Jesus from Nazareth. Peter and John faced opposition after healing a man in Jesus name. No surprise here. Jesus prepared His followers for such rejection. In responding to opposition, Peter and John make three bold statements, engage in two Spirit-enabled practices, and demonstrate one prevailing attitude—just like David and Jesus before them, they considered themselves servants of the Sovereign Lord and live accordingly.
