Pulled From My Bed

Eva began experiencing sleep paralysis around age 16. Shadow figures would appear in her room at night, sitting on her chest . She saw visions of mysterious writing on her wall. But it wasn’t until she was pregnant with her son that her sleep paralysis became violent, when she was pulled from her bed in the middle of the night during one of her episodes. We talk about her experience with sleep paralysis, as well as her family background that may offer an explanation to some of her paranormal encounters. We explore these connections and hear her thoughts about why these experiences have happened to her and her family over the years.
