[11:39] #4 Emotions. Anytime you’re trying to make a decision and you become emotional, take a birds eye view of the situation with your emotions taken out of it and take a step forward.

[12:59] #5 All or Nothing Thinking. You have to develop the mentality that small steps over time that are going to create the massive results. All or Nothing isn’t sustainable.
[14:02] Not everyone will understand your mission, your purpose, or your goal. That’s ok! Know that you have the support of your Heavenly Father who believes in you more than you can imagine.
