Generations of South African children have warned one another never to enter a school bathroom alone, because something called Pinky Pinky may be waiting inside. No one agrees on exactly what the creature looks like—but they all agree it’s terrifying. Two families experience a variety of spooky moments in a cabin in the mountains only to have their suspicions confirmed. Two fan tales are connected, kind of. A story that was sent in before is told again because another fan who does not know the original story teller, has answers. Or so it may seem.
