Today I have Tanvi the founder of Tav Ceramics joining me for this inspiring episode! TAV Ceramics is a ceramics studio based in Vancouver, Canada with the mission to create simpler, more meaningful experiences with everyday objects. In our conversation, Tanvi shares her journey of how she moved from Dubai to Canada previously working for over a decade as an interior designer and then transitioning into becoming an entrepreneur. She shares the passion she has for her work (it shows in her products) and how she's been able to scale her product-based business.

We discuss the importance of having patience, a solution-oriented mindset, and how challenges are a part of the journey. I ask Tanvi about some of the BIG collaborations she's been able to secure and how she believes there are endless opportunities everywhere! We dive into the value of authentic and vulnerable conversations between business owners and why it's so important to surround yourself with other powerful women.
