This Week’s Happy Hour Special:

Basil Gimlet

·     6 fresh basil leaves

·     1 ounce lime juice

·     3/4 ounce simple syrup

·     1 1/2 ounces gin

In a cocktail shaker, muddle five basil leaves with lime juice and simple syrup. Add ice and gin. Shake it like a Polaroid picture. Strain and top with remaining basil. *clink*
