Libby Ward is a content creator and inspiration for parents and women across the globe. A relatable mom, with a little humour and some mental health real talk on the side. Libby’s kids are 5 and 7, and she’s been married for 12 years. Growing up in poverty has shaped her outlook on life. She is passionate about supporting and encouraging women to live their best lives, whether that's getting through a day of motherhood with mental health and trauma or going after your dreams and career goals. She considers herself a recovering perfectionist and thinks many women deserve to give themselves a lot more grace.
