The cost of renting a car has sky-rocketed over the last year and a half. In fact, in Hawaii, travelers were shelling out $4,000 a week just to rent a car once they flew in for their vacation.

On this episode, Gary Harper is talking to Willis Orlando, an analyst with a travel website called Scott's Cheap Flights which investigates travel costs like renting a car.

He'll explain why car rentals have become so ridiculously high and when rental rates will come down.
