That One Time We Built a Yoga Empire with Gail Asbell

This week's guest is a woman who can do it all and keep a smile on her face while she's doing it. Gail is not only a fierce businesswoman, mother, and leader in the community, but she is also the co-founder of Upstate Studios - a yoga/pilates and boxing studio located her in Geelong and Melbourne. 

Upstate was founded back in 2018 when a tragic loss inspired Gail to start practicing Yoga. From there the business grew with multiple studios across the region opening and more recently a large investor jumping on board the journey.

In the episode, we discuss business, mindset and why giving everything a go without fearing failure is what can help eliminate what's truly not for you. This was one hell of a conversation.
