In the late 1980s and early 1990s, a name would become synonymous with the boogeyman in areas of Australia. His name was Mr. Cruel, and he was a serial child abductor that committed multiple heinous crimes without ever getting caught.  Written, hosted, and produced by Micheal Whelan.
