Gemma and Ian chat to Jeff Seckendorf.   Jeff is the Co-Founder and Current CEO/Owner of Unified Team Diving.  The UTD tagline is  "Great scuba training does not have to be focused on the outcome. It can be about the process."  A great scuba training program should include so much more than what can be covered in a simple certification course.

In the UTD Scuba Coaching program you work with a coach who delivers a new set of "workouts" every week. These can be in-water exercises, academic classes and homework, equipment management, and much more. You have as much communication with your coach as you need as you are guided through a customized training program to reach your goals. The overall concept is to slow the training process down from a few days to a few months or more.
