Jerry is the founder and President of Urban Waters and has recently developed a new multifamily development called Bungalows on the Lake at Prairie Queen. Jerry has an impressive career in real estate development working on several large projects in the Omaha area. Before becoming a developer Jerry was a consultant at Deloitte Consulting and is a graduate of Thunderbird School of Global Management.
