We are called to give thanks in all situations. This means good and bad situations, and even the ones when we don't know what is happening. Marc dives into how we can begin getting towards a life full of gratitude. It is important to understand the great things we have in our life today. You will be significantly happier if you write down three things you are grateful for everyday. Gratitude is a small and consistent task that needs to happen multiple times every single day.
