- Favoring
- Withholding affection
- Yelling and Swearing
- Mocking and Insulting
She gives examples of each type of emotional abuse and discusses the long-term impact emotional abuse has on children. Most of us are guilty of at least one of these. Don’t despair, you can change your behavior with a little work and a lot of grace for yourself.
